I. Provide Public Internet Access Labs and Computer Training throughout the Greater Houston Metroplex.
II. Put Labs in:
- Churches
- Libraries
- Senior Centers
- Housing Projects
- Community Centers
- At-Risk Facilities
III. Provide Technical Expertise, Training, Services and Equipment
IV. Educate The Public On The Importance Of Providing Equitable Access To ALL Houston Residents, Especially Those Less Fortunate and At-Risk Individuals.
V. Start With 4 to 8 Labs including:
- Two (2) Labs in the Acres Home Area
- One (1) in the Greenspoint Area
- One (1) in the Sharpstown Area
- Two (2) in South park Area
- One (1) in Third Ward Area
- One (1) in Fifth Ward Area
Cost is approximately $20,000 each for Setup and Maintenance.

VI. Conduct a Public Education campaign.
VII. Solicit:
- Software
- Hardware
- Office Supplies
- Consulting
- Technological Services
- Resource Development
VIII. Recruit Staff and Volunteers Ranging from Classroom Teachers, to Attendants, to Professional Expertise (Administrators, Network Administrators, Project Managers, Financial Services, etc.)
IX. Donations:
- Individual - $25 per year
- Corporate - $50 per Month

Adopt-A-Lab – Cover Cost of a Public Computer Access Center, Including Connectivity & Maintenance ($225 - $900) per Month

Charter Member Sponsorship – One Time Donation of $20,000 for Set-up and Operating Cost of a New Lab.
